"You Raise Me Up...A Celebration of Mothers"

Our first grade students, under the direction of their teacher,
Mrs. Veronica Brickman, hosted, "You Raise Me Up...A Celebration of
Mothers." The event included the presentation of a rose to each mother
and grandmother present, the recitation of a decade of the rosary and
May crowning of our Heavenly Mother. The students also had this special
time to show their talents and the love in their hearts for the special
ladies in their life! They ended the program by singing a song written
by our Spanish teacher, Mrs. Ana Ramos called, "Querida Madre (Dear
Mother)."
